From the My Account tab, you can edit your user information.
Click on the My Account
tab. The Profile screen
on the My Account tab displays.

Note: All required fields have an asterisk (*) beside the field
name.
To change the user ID (email address), enter the new
email address in the User Id box.
The user ID must be a valid email address for a specific user. This entry
is an alphanumeric entry of up to 50 characters in length. Special characters
such as at sign @, period (.), dash (-), and underscore (_) are valid
characters for the user ID.
To change the first name of the user, enter the new
first name in the First Name box.
The first name is an alphanumeric entry of up to 100 characters in length.
To change the last name of the user, enter the new last
name in the Last Name box. The
last name is an alphanumeric entry of up to 100 characters in length.
To change the telephone number, enter a valid telephone
number in the Telephone box. You
can enter the dashes or not enter the dashes with your phone number entry.
To change the email opt-out option, select the Email Opt-Out radio button. If you select
this button, you will not receive promotional or marketing data on CostWorks.
To change the user type, select the user type of User
or Customer Administrator from the User
Type drop-down list. Only one user type can be selected.
To change the status of the user, click Active
or Suspended from the Status
drop-down list.
To add or edit the notes, enter the notes in the Notes box.
Click on Save. The message User Details Have Been Saved Successfully will display. Click OK. The new user data will display on the User Details screen.
