Changing Your Password

From the My Account tab, you can change your password.

 

  1. Click on the My Account tab.  

  2. Click the ChangePassword link. The Change Password screen displays on the My Account tab.

 

 

Note: All required fields have an asterisk (*) beside the field name.

 

  1. Enter your old password in the Old Password box.

  2. Enter your new password in the New Password box. This entry is an alphanumeric entry of six to ten characters. The following special characters are allowed for your password: dollar sign ($), period (.), underscore (_), and at sign (@). If you enter an invalid character in you password,  the message *Password cannot have special characters displays.

  3. Enter your new password in the Verify New Password box.

    Note:
    If the passwords that you enter are not the same, the following message displays: New Password and Verify New Password are not the same.

  4. Click Save. One of the following occurs:

    If you entered an invalid old password the following message displays: The old password you specified is incorrect, please try again. Reenter your old password and continue with steps 4 through 6.

    If you entered a valid password sequence, the following message displays: Your Password Has Been Changed Successfully. Click OK. You are returned to the Profile screen.
