From the My Home tab, you can delete an estimate from a personal folder, a shared folder, or an archived folder. The deleted estimate is moved to the Trash Bin folder. Once an estimate is in the Trash Bin, it can be moved or copied to other folders. If the estimate is deleted from the Trash Bin, it is deleted from the data base.
Click on the My Home link. The Personal Folder - Current Estimates pane displays on your My Home screen.
Select the folder that you want to delete an estimate from. For example if want to delete an estimate from your Shared Folder header, select the shared folder that you want to delete from. The Shared Folder list displays for your selection.
Do one of the following:
Select a single estimate check box to delete one estimate from a folder.
Select multiple estimate check boxes to delete multiple estimates from a folder.
Select the Select All check box located on the Grid title line to delete all estimates from a folder.
Click on the
(Select Action) drop-down
list.
Select the Delete action.
Click on Go.
The following message
displays: Are you sure you want to delete
the Estimate(s)? Click OK
to delete the estimate The
estimate(s) is deleted and moved to the Trash Bin folder. The deleted
estimate(s) displays at the top of the estimate list.
Click Cancel to not delete
the estimate.
