From the My Home tab, you can copy an estimate to a personal folder, a shared folder, an archived folder, or the Trash Bin.
Click on the My Home link. The Personal Folder - Current Estimates pane displays on your My Home screen.
Select the folder that you want to copy an estimate from. For example if want to copy an estimate from your Shared Folder header, select the shared folder that you want to copy from. The Shared Folder list displays for your selection.
Do one of the following:
Select a single estimate check box to copy one estimate to another folder.
Select multiple estimate check boxes to copy multiple estimates to another folder.
Select the Select All check box located on the Grid title line to copy all estimates of one folder to another folder.
Click on the
(Select Action) drop-down
list.
Select the Copy action.
Click on the
(Select Action) drop-down
list.
Click on the folder name that you want to copy your estimate(s) to.
Click on Go.
The estimate(s) is copied to the folder that you specified. When you copy
an estimate to a folder, a new system generated number for the copied
estimate and the data from the estimate is placed in the folder that you
specified. The new estimate(s) is copied to the top of the estimate list
of the folder that you selected.
