The Data Release is the combination of the Year and Quarterly Update of the RSMeans Data intended for the estimate.
MeansCostWorks.com allows you to choose between many data releases while you build your estimate on the Estimate View screen.
The graphic below displays the Data Release pull down menu with the options of choosing Quarter 3 - 2005 data or Quarter 4 - 2005 data.
The Data Release pull down menu is accessed from the New Estimate worksheet or in the Preferences section of the My Account tab.
