My Cost Book Home:

Clicking the My Cost Book tab will access the My Cost Book Home page. Here, you have the ability to search through the RSMeans Cost Books, as well as your custom cost books.

New Estimate:

Click on the New Estimate link to create a new estimate. The My Estimate Tab will be accessed, where you will fill in the necessary information for your new estimate. See Creating a New Estimate for more information.
