My Account Tab

Viewing Your Profile

From the Profile screen on the My Account tab, you can view your profile.

 

Using the Profile screen

 

  1. You can view your current profile information.

  2. You can change your profile information.

Profile Screen on the My Account Tab

User ID

Displays the valid email address for the user.

First Name

Displays the first name of the user.

Last Name

Displays the last name of the user.

Telephone Number

Displays the telephone number for the user.

User Type

Displays the user type of Customer Administrator or User.

Status

Displays the status of the user. The user is Active or Suspended. Active designates that the user can use the system. Suspended designates that the user can not use the system.

Notes

Displays the notes that have been written for the user.
